The focal point of this picture is the stumps in the water. The stumps create a line of interest which allows your eye to follow in and out of the picture. I used a lower light exposure to capture this effect and also adjusted the brightness and contrast of the photo.

What really caught my eye in this image were the nice ripples in the water and how the logs create beautiful implied lines.
